In accordance with the ACMA Telecommunications (Customer Communications for Outages) Industry Standard, Comsource provides transparent, immediate public access to live network health tracking and historical outage records.

Comsource delivers premium retail broadband, voice, and mobile infrastructure solutions utilising Australia's leading wholesale carrier networks. For complete regulatory transparency, continuous historical archives of all major or significant local network outages resolved on or after 31 March 2026 are maintained and validated directly by the primary underlying network infrastructure operators.

Broadband & NBN Services

For all residential and corporate fixed-line broadband accounts, major or significant local network faults, impacted postcode arrays, and restoration metrics are hosted directly by NBN Co:

Voice & Inbound Services (1300/1800)

For business voice trunks, digital cloud routing, and inbound smart-numbers (1300/1800 codes), upstream platform stability logs and core engineering updates are archived externally by our wholesale provider:
